Welcome to Villa Bellissima!

This beautiful contemporary vacationhome, completed in June 2018, offers plenty of room for up to 8 guests with its3 bedrooms – each equipped with a King size bed - and 3 full baths. From thespacious living room to the stylish white kitchen, the home impresses favorablywith elegant décor and modern furnishings in each room. Waking up in the largemaster bedroom with the three huge windows letting in plenty of light, you canenjoy watching the sun rise over the water. Adjacent to this bedroom is thespacious master bathroom, with a modern stand-alone tub, walk-in shower withglass enclosure and a granite vanity with double sinks. Two of the three guestbedrooms share a bathroom with shower / tub combination, while the 4th bedroomfacing the pool has its own pool bath with tub.

Cooking and grilling is fun by thepool. The gourmet kitchen is huge, with real wood cabinets and granitecountertops, and a Weber gas grill is set up on the patio for a relaxed BBQ inthe evening. Enjoy quiet moments down by the freshwater canal under the Tikihut, where you’ll be able to spot many birds and fish and, if you’re lucky,some otters as well. Take in both sunrise and sunset from the south facing poolarea. The pool has an electric heater and can be used year round. Vom großzügigen Wohnzimmer bis zur stilvollenKüche in weiß beeindruckt das Haus mit elegantem Dekor und kontemporärenMöbeln. Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer mit drei großen Fenstern, die vielLicht ins Zimmer lassen, gewährt Blick über den Kanal und macht das Aufwachenzum Vergnügen. Das angeschlossene Hauptbad ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, miteiner modernen Badewanne, Doppelwaschbecken und einer großen Dusche mitGlastüre. Zwei der drei Gästeschlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer, währenddas 4. Schlafzimmer, das den Poolbereich überblickt, ein eigenes Badezimmer mitWanne und Ausgang zum Pool hat.

VielSpaß beim Kochen und Grillen am Pool hat man dank der großen Außenküche ausEchtholz mit Granitarbeitsflächen. Der Weber-Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Barbecuein gemütlicher Atmosphäre am Abend möglich. Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Süßwasserkanalunter der Tiki Hut. Hier kann man viele Vögel, Fische und mit etwas Glück auchSeeotter beobachten. Mit der perfekten Poolausrichtung nach Süden kann mansowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den -untergang genießen.
