The property offers an outstanding location in SW Cape Coral on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. You will be wowed by the very spacious living concept full of light.

With 3 bedrooms (2 King, 2 twin beds) and 2 full baths as well as the huge pool area, this home provides generous accommodations for up to six guests. Time spent on the large covered patio with views across pool/spa and the wide canal is always special, and you can fully experience the Florida lifestyle here. Thanks to the eastern exposure, enjoy leisurely breakfasts by the pool in the morning sun.The pool be used throughout the year. 

A crib and highchair are provided upon request.

Please note: The $500 security deposit isrequired. The electric fee is based on usage and calculated at $0.20 / kWh. Itis due and payable at depature. $51.00 per day is included in yourstay. As per local City ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacationhomes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Die Zeit, die Sie auf der geräumigen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool/Spa und den breiten Kanal verbringen, ist immer etwas Besonderes. Erleben Sie hier den berühmten Florida Lifettyle. Dank der Ostausrichtung kann man Frühstück am Pool in der Morgensonne genießen. Der Pool kann das ganze Jahr uber genutzt werden.
