Welcome to Villa White Heron!
Villa White Heron is settled in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. The home offers 1 King, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bed with a total of 3 TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to use during their stay. Sit in the back covered patio with your drink of choice and utilize the hot tub at your convenience. Large outdoor space to view the beautiful fresh water canal.
A crib and highchair are provided upon request.
Please note: The $500 security deposit isrequired. The electric fee is based on usage and calculated at $0.20 / kWh. Itis due and payable at depature. $15.00 per day is included in yourstay. As per local City ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacationhomes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includeschildren up to age 17.
