Welcome to Villa Monas White!
This beautiful house is located in a nice & quiet area South of Cape Coral not far from the Yacht Club, Rose Garden and downtown Cape Coral. The home offers 1 king, 1 Queen beds, and 2 twin beds with 5 TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to use during their stay. Sit in the back covered patio with your drink of choice and utilize the pool at your convenience. Large outdoor space to view the beautiful gulf access canal.
A crib and highchair are provided upon request.
Please note: The $500 security deposit is required. The electric fee is based on usage and calculated at $0.20 / kWh. It is due and payable at depature. $5.00 per day is included in your stay. As per local City ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includes children up to age 17.

Dieses schöne Haus liegt in einer attraktiven und ruhigen Gegend im Süden von Cape Coral, nicht weit vom Yacht Club, Rose Garden und der Downtown Area entfernt. Das Haus bietet 1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten mit insgesamt 5 Fernsehern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, damit unsere Gäste sie während ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können. Setzen Sie sich mit einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl auf die überdachte Terrasse und nutzen Sie den Pool nach Belieben. Der große Poolbereich bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal mit Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko.
Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bitte beachten Sie: Die Kaution beträgt $500. DIe Stromkosten in Höhe von $0,20/kWh, basierend auf der Nutzung während Ihres Aufenthalts, sind bei Abreise zu zahlen. $5,00 pro Tag sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Gemäß einer Verordnung der Stadt Cape Coral beträgt die Mindestmietdauer für Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral 7 Nächte.
