Welcome to Villa Maui!
This beautiful home is located in a nice and quiet area in Southwest Cape Coral and invites you to a private paradise. The home offers 1 King, 2 Queen beds, and a pull out sofa bed in the den with 4 TVs including the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to use during their stay. Sit on the covered patio with your drink of choice and utilize the pool at your convenience. Large outdoor space to view the beautiful fresh water canal.
A crib and highchair are provided upon request.
Please note: The $500 security deposit is required. The electric fee of $0.20 / kWh will be charged based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Children under 18 are free. Please let us know before you book online.

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer attraktiven ruhigen Nachbarschaft im Südwesten von Cape Coral und bietet ein kleines Stückchen Paradies. Das Haus bietet 1 King und 2 Queen Betten sowie ein Schlafsofa im Büro. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Fernseher. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet für unsere Gäste. Genießen Sie einen kühlen Drink auf der überdachten Terrasse und nutzen Sie den Pool jederzeit. Der große Poolbereich überblickt den Süßwasserkanal.
Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bitte beachten Sie: Die Kaution beträgt$500. DIe Stromkosten in Höhe von $0,20/kWh, basierend auf der Nutzungwährend Ihres Aufenthalts, sind bei Abreise zu zahlen.
