Villa Florida Sunset is settled in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. The home offers 2 king and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to use during their stay. Sit in the back covered patio with your drink of choice. Large outdoor space with a pool to view the beautiful gulf water canal.
A crib and highchair are provided upon request.
Please note: The $500 security deposit isrequired. The electric fee is based on usage and calculated at $0.20 / kWh. Itis due and payable at depature. $15.00 per day is included in yourstay. As per local City ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacationhomes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includeschildren up to age 17.
