Welcome to Villa Coral Coast! 

Enjoy your privacy in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home in a beautiful area of ??Southwest Cape Coral, centrally and conveniently located with a large yard. Porch with railings on a quiet street. Northwest facing SALTWATER pool with electric heater. Terrace with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The house has a new tile floor. New garden furniture for full relaxation by the pool.

A crib and highchair are provided upon request.

 Please note: The $500 security deposit is required. The electric fee of $10.00 is included daily in your stay, however, $0.20 / kWh will be charged for overusage at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includes children up to age 17.

Veranda mit Geländer in einer ruhigen Straße. Nach Nordwesten ausgerichteter SALZWASSER-Pool mit Elektroheizung. Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und einer Frühstückstheke. Das Haus hat einen neuen Fliesenboden. Neue Gartenmöbel für vollkommene Entspannung am Pool.

Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl werden auf Anfrage zur Verfugung gestellt.

 Bitte beachten Sie: Die Kaution von $500 ist erforderlich. Die Stromgebuhr in Hohe von 10,00 USD ist taglich in Ihrem Aufenthalt enthalten, jedoch werden bei der Abreise 0,20 USD / kWh fur Uberbeanspruchung berechnet, basierend auf der Nutzung wahrend Ihres Aufenthalts. GemaB lokaler Verordnung betragt die Mindestmietdauer fur Ferienhauser in Cape Coral 7 Nachte. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, wenn Ihre Gruppe Kinder bis zum Alter von 17 Jahren umfasst.
