Welcome to Villa Samba! 

Villa Samba is located in the Yacht Club district, south of Cape Coral with a direct gulf access canal with boat launch and lift. The property has an extra large garden and stylish landscaping. The house is quietly located at the end of the street and in a desirable location. You are close to downtown shops and restaurants, the beach, the Boat House, and the Tiki Hut - all within easy reach by bike. From here it is only a stone's throw to Fort Myers.

The property has three bedrooms (1 king and two queens), and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The open-concept design is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing, with lounge furniture and garden loungers. Everything in the house is bright and friendly, and the equipment for a relaxing holiday is also available.

A crib and highchair are provided upon request.

Willkommen in der Villa Samba!

Die Villa Samba liegt ganz im Süden von Cape Coral, im Yacht Club Viertel. Sie hat eine Südausrichtung mit direktem Golfzugangskanal mit Bootsanleger und Bootslift. Das Grundstück hat einen extra großen Garten und eine stilvolle Gartengestaltung. Im Westen geht die Sonne im Garten unter, der nächste Nachbar ist weiter weg als sonst. Das Haus ist ruhig am Ende einer Sachgasse gelegen und doch ganz zentral. Man hat ganz in der Nähe Geschäfte und Restaurants der Innenstadt, den Strand, das Boat House und der Tiki Hut- alles mit den Fahrrädern schnell zu erreichen. Von hier ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung nach Fort Myers.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (1 Kingsize- und zwei Queensize-Betten), zwei Badezimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Gäste. Das Open-Concept-Design ist perfekt für die Unterhaltung von Familie und Freunden. Die weitläufige Terrasse ist ideal zum Entspannen, mit Loungemöbeln und Gartenliegen. Im Haus ist alles hell und freundlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

DIe Stromkosten in Höhe von $0,20/kWh, basierend auf der Nutzungwährend Ihres Aufenthalts, sind bei Abreise zu zahlen. $5,00 pro Tagsind in der Miete inbegriffen. Gemäß einer Verordnung der Stadt Cape Coralbeträgt die Mindestmietdauer für Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral 7 Nächte.
